Agreement
📜 TMB Trade user agreement
By starting to use the bot you accept every condition in this document, fully and without reservation. If you disagree with even one point, do not send any money and stop using the service.
These terms may change at any time without individual notice. The current version is always here, and keeping up with it is the member's responsibility. Continuing to use the bot after a change means accepting the new version.
1.1. You can invest and reinvest once every 14 days — that is the length of one trading cycle. The interval follows from internal limits and from how the liquidity pools work.
1.2. Trading runs every day, weekends included, without pause.
1.3. Topping up during an active cycle adds to your capital and does not move its end date.
1.4. Members with $25 000 or more who intend a long-term arrangement may agree an individual investment schedule with the administration.
1.5. The pool and the strategy are matched automatically to the size of the balance. Smaller amounts are traded more aggressively and with more leverage; larger ones more carefully and more steadily.
2.1. Minimum deposit — 500 $.
2.2. Minimum withdrawal — 500 $.
2.3. Withdrawals are made on the full balance only. There is no partial withdrawal: creating a request withdraws the whole available amount. Reinvesting works the same way — the whole balance enters the cycle.
2.4. The club keeps a share of the profit on every trade. The base share is 20% and it falls as your tier rises: Standard — 20%, VIP — 15%, Premium — 10%, Ultra — 5%. The share is taken from a positive result only: if a trade closes down, the club keeps nothing. The current percentage is always visible in the bot.
2.5. A withdrawal carries the blockchain network and exchange direction fee (status: 🟢 Running). It is not the project's income and is set at the moment of the withdrawal — from the load on the network, the chosen direction and the current rate — so it cannot be fixed in advance. The exact amount is shown when the request is made, before you confirm it.
2.6. USDT payouts go through the TRON (TRC20) network by default, as the cheapest; P2P conversion uses the current market rate. The withdrawal fee is paid by the client in every case, whatever the amount.
2.7. Some accounts operate in regions where the exchange requires the network's own token to confirm a withdrawal. In those cases the fee cannot be paid in an arbitrary asset — the «fuel» of that particular network is required.
2.8. How the profit is split between the member and the club is shown in the bot. The percentage may change or be switched off; by using the service you accept that.
2.9. The amount you send must match the request. If less arrives than was stated, nothing is credited automatically: the money is held and the request stays open until the administration decides. A small difference within network rounding is accepted and credited automatically. An overpayment is credited in full. Always send exactly the amount stated in the request.
2.10. For a comfortable start we suggest 10 000 $ or more. The strategy works on less, but network fees take a noticeable share of the result and the spread across pools is less stable.
2.11. A withdrawal takes up to 3 business days to process, sometimes longer. It depends on the method, the load on the network and the receiving bank, and on when the network fee is paid: the request enters processing once it arrives.
2.12. The network fee is paid separately and is not deducted from the payout. The member receives the full amount requested; the network charge is a separate payment through the web cabinet. It cannot be taken from the balance: the balance is already accounted for in the payout itself.
2.13. A deposit carries the surcharge of the method you choose. The amount is shown before the request is created and depends on the route: cards and banks, e-wallets, cash and payment gateways all cost differently. Exactly the amount stated in the request reaches the balance.
3.1. The expected cycle return is +70…150%. That is a target, not a fixed obligation: the result depends on the market, the size and the strategy chosen.
3.2. The system's win rate is 65%+. The trading is medium-term and a cycle's result is settled when it finishes.
3.3. A member's money is the club's financial responsibility. If a trading cycle closes down, 100% of the amount put in is returned from the reserve fund.
3.4. The reserve fund is built from the club's share of the profit and from the administration's own money.
4.1. A refund is possible in two cases only:
- the trading cycle finished with a negative result — 100% of the amount put in is returned;
- the member withdrew before active trading began — between 50% and 70% is returned depending on how far the request had gone, whether the money had reached the trading accounts, and the technical costs. The minimum is 50%, the maximum 70%, and the exact figure is set by the club.
4.2. No other grounds for a refund exist.
4.3. If the money is already in trading and the cycle has finished, a refund is not possible: the result is settled and the money was distributed under the rules in force when the cycle began.
The following leads to the account being blocked and the balance cancelled without a refund:
- any attempt to defraud the service, the administration or other members;
- exploiting errors, vulnerabilities or faults in the bot instead of reporting them to the administration;
- multiple accounts, registering through other people, inflating the referral programme and self-referral;
- funding with money linked to AML risk, mixers, sanctioned or stolen assets — such funds are forfeited to the club;
- attempting to dispute or reverse a completed payment (chargeback), including through a bank or payment system;
- supplying forged receipts, screenshots or payment details;
- automating interaction with the bot, scraping, load testing or any technical attack;
- insults, threats, blackmail or abusive behaviour towards the administration or other members;
- publicly spreading knowingly false information about the service;
- reselling access or passing the account to third parties;
- anything that causes the service financial or reputational harm.
6.1. The bot may stop for maintenance. Trades are paused and resume when it comes back. Current status: 🟢 Running.
6.2. The project may hold a withdrawal that looks suspicious until the circumstances are clear.
6.3. Outside events — an exchange blocking an account, payment system restrictions, actions by banks or regulators — are the client's risk.
6.4. The referral programme, its percentage (5%) and its existence may change or be switched off.
6.5. Limits, fees, cycle lengths and any other conditions may be changed by the administration unilaterally.
7.1. The administration may restrict access to the service or block a member at its own discretion, including without giving reasons, where it considers this necessary to protect the interests of the club and its other members.
7.2. The administration's decisions in disputed situations are final.
7.3. Follow the rules and no questions will arise.
