📜 Review rules

👤 Who can leave a review

• a member who has funded the account and completed at least one real trading cycle;
• each member has one review. It can be changed — the change goes through moderation again, and until then the chat shows the previous version.

✍️ How to leave one

1. Bot → «⭐ Reviews» → «✍️ Leave a review».

2. Rate from 1 to 5 stars.

3. Write a few words (up to 800 characters) — or send the rating alone.

4. Check the preview and press «📨 Send».

✅ What we publish

• personal experience: how the cycle went, how the payout arrived, how support helped;
• enthusiastic reviews and reviews with remarks alike — honest criticism stays.

🚫 What will not pass moderation

• insults, profanity and threats;
• advertising, spam and any links;
• personal data, yours or anyone's: phone numbers, card numbers, wallet addresses;
• deliberate falsehood and text not about the club;
• questions about requests — «💬 Support» answers those faster.

🛡 Moderation

• every review is checked by the administration, usually within a day;
• the bot will tell you the decision;
• published reviews are in the reviews chat and on the site, the club rating is pinned in the chat;
• for breaking the rules the administration may close reviews for the account.
